Nestling into the northern part of the Rila Mountain at average altitude of 1350 m, Borovets offers excellent climatic conditions and facilities for a real high-mountain holiday. Regular trips are organised to Sofia, Rila Monastery, Plovdiv and Bachkovo Monastery, the town of Melnik, where you can test the unique Melnik wine.
